The Bank Job.

A different kind of history lesson.

I have to admit that I might be being a bit prejudice here. I remember that Sunday in the early seventies when the radio waves were full of news about a bank robbery in progress - but nobody knew which bank - only that it was somewhere in the Baker Street area.

But we never heard much about it afterwards. Obviously, being young, I was busy searching for the love of my life and so women were constantly on my mind. I therefore didnít have much time to devote to current events. But now that I remember it, after that Sunday there was hardly ever anything on the news about it. (The lack of news did occur to me once or twice, but never in any significant way.)

Now we know why.

A thoroughly enjoyable film.
