Hidden taxes

You must they say the law obey,
Despite the fact the government with it does play,
So now if you for anything at all get in court a fine,
The government makes a new beeline,
For the wallet,
In your pocket,
Because there is to greed no bounds,
And so an extra fifteen pounds,
You must pay,
On top of anything the judge might say.
Another hidden tax,
Placed on a nation who in mind are lax,
And as well in spirit fat and flabby, decadent and corrupt,
Because the government does know,
It can its tax base safely grow,
As revolution never will in our land erupt.
